This DPF box cover is designed for 2011-2017 Peterbilt 389 models. Attaches directly over the OEM panels. Eliminates one bolt allowing for cab skirt installation. Sold as a 2 piece set. Uses existing hardware and supplied silicone. For 2015+ 389/388 models, a change has taken place with the renaming of the former 388. Our catalog refers to a 388, which is the NEW 389 short hood. The 389’s referred to in our catalog are the NEW 389 long hood.
