Lower hood panels designed for 2007+ Peterbilt 389 long hood (131″ BBC) models, with standard hoods. Accentuate and cover the lower portion of the hood, directly behind the wheel well. Sold in pairs, each of the lower hood panels feature a laser cut Peterbilt logo. Huck rivets must be ground out for installation. Carriage bolts (included) are used to replace eight of the huck rivets. The other four must be left out in order for the panel to rest flat against the side of the hood. Hardware is included. For 2015+ 388-389 models, a change has taken place with the renaming of the former 388. Our catalog refers to a 388, which is the NEW 389 short hood. The 389’s referred to in our catalog are the NEW 389 long hood.
